Along with the Colonel coaching staff, several student-athletes attended the event, helping set up the event and assist golfers with their bags. Members of the Colonel football team included Jamarcus Aaron,
Andrew Carter,
Marshall Crawford,
Tyler Harrington,
Beaux Hebert,
Gerald Gruenig,
Cory Kemps,
Anthony McLean,
Brad Nelson,
Jesse Turner and
Michael Woods.
“This was our second year that we were able to support the Bobby Hebert Cystic Fibrosis Golf Tournament,” said Nicholls football head coach Charlie Stubbs. “We really enjoyed providing service for this great cause and we get just as much out of it as they do. Not only do we make some friends in the process, but it educates our young men on many levels and helps bring awareness in dealing with cystic fibrosis.”
