THIBODAUX, La.  – LA 106.3 KXOR will host a tailgating event for the Nicholls State University football home opener against Evangel on Saturday, with festivities set to begin at 2:30 p.m.

KXOR, who joined the Colonel Sports Radio Network this season, is teaming up with several sponsors for its inaugural tailgate party. Some of the events include a Kids' Football and Basketball Toss from the United States Air Force, a chipping range courtesy of Premier Golf of South Louisiana, and Crescent Crown Distributing will provide free Abita Root Beer.

In addition, KXOR will be giving away prizes for an impromptu cook-off, so fans are encouraged to bring their 'A' game to the grill.

The tailgate is open to any and everyone. LA 106.3 KXOR will be giving away tickets for the game, so tune in for a chance to win.
