Directions To Segnette Field in Westwego

THIBODAUX, La. - Due to unplayable conditions at Ray E. Didier Field, the Nicholls State University baseball team will now play a doubleheader beginning at 5 p.m. against Northwestern State at Segnette Field in Westwego.

After last night's scheduled opener was washed out due to rain, Nicholls officials searched for possible alternate venues to be able to play on Saturday, moving operations to the Bayou Segnette Sports Complex which is next door to the Alario Center on the westbank.

Tickets purchased for last night or today's game will be honored, as group ticket holder leaders will be contacted this morning from the Nicholls ticket office regarding their plans.
