Patrick Dolan was named Louisiana Special Teams Player of the Week by the Louisiana Sports Writers Association on Monday.

The Mobile native had seven punts for 335 yards, accumulating an average of 47.9 yards/punt. He had a long of 54, and had three land inside the 20 yard line against McNeese State on Saturday.

Dolan had punts of 47, 51, 50, 54, 51, 46, and 36 in the game, and currently fifth in the nation in punting average with a 43.32 yards/punt mark.
