#Kenny Franklin Jr.# helped the Colonels to their first ever win over Tulane by turning in a season-high 12 points and tying his career high with five assists in Nicholls 66-52 win over the Green Wave on Nov. 26.  After the Green Wave crept to within two points of the Colonels, Franklin hit a pair of late threes on consecutive possessions to put the game out of reach.

Franklin followed that performance by shattering his previous career record with nine assists in Nicholls' win over Southern-New Orleans on Nov. 29.

The Shreveport, La. native is averaging 5.4 assists/game which is tied for the 38th best mark in the country.  Franklin also boasts a 3.9 assist/turnover ratio which ranks second in the Southland Conference.
