THIBODAUX, La. -
An hour and a half rain delay and sloppy field condtions in the Thibodaux area caused the soccer match against Troy to be pushed back to Saturday morning at 10 a.m. An hour before the match was scheduled to start, the skies opened and caused certain areas of the field to overflow with water. After the officials took a hard look at the playing conditions, they decided to reschedule the match. Troy's schedule also allowed for a posponement of the game, as the Trojans will face conference rival Southeastern on Sunday in Hammond.
