Final Stats

BATON ROUGE, La. - No. 8 LSU proved to be more than Nicholls could handle on Sunday night in the Pete Maravich Assembly Center and the Lady Tigers stayed perfect on the year with their 86-49 victory.

Nicholls (0-3) was led by junior guard Ricshanda Bickham for the third consecutive game this season with her career-high 23 points in the loss. Also in double figures was true freshman Alisha Allen with 14.

LSU (4-0) had four players in double figures while shooting 55.2 percent (32-of-58) for the game as a team. The Lady Tigers were led by Alison Hightower with 15 points.

The Colonels will enjoy a week off, and pick up action next Sunday in Stopher Gym against Texas Southern at 2 p.m.
