Final Stats

THIBODAUX, La. - Nicholls picked up its third consecutive victory on Tuesday with a 7-0 sweep of Southern at the Colonel Tennis Complex.

The Colonels (6-6) picked up the doubles point by winning No.1 and No.2 doubles; sophomore Radu Ionescu and senior Abhaya Prakash teamed up for a 8-4 victory, while juniors Eric Fisher and Sami Mouline got the 8-2 win.

In singles Nicholls was perfect, winning all matches with only one going to three sets. Posting impressive wins were Fisher and sophomore Rohan Shetty with both defeating their opposition 6-2, 6-0.

The Colonels will host Alcorn State on Tuesday March 24. First serve is set for 1:30 p.m.
