2014 Seafood Extravaganza presented by Rouses Sold Out

THIBODAUX, La. – Tickets for the Colonel Athletic Association's Seafood Extravaganza presented by Rouses Markets are now sold out. The extravaganza is set for May 22 in the Bollinger Memorial Student Union Ballroom and has proven to be Nicholls biggest and most exciting fundraising event of the year.

With a little under two weeks left until the big event, the Colonel Athletic Association, which aims to raise funds for the athletics department and student-athlete scholarships, has sold its allotment of table space and tickets for the fundraiser for the second consecutive year.

"For the first time ever we will have over 400 people attending the Seafood Extravaganza. It feels great knowing that we have so many local businesses, alumni and donors getting behind us like this." Associate AD for External Affairs Brandon Ruttley said. "This event is a great way to end the tremendous year we are having in our department, as well as show our gratitude to all our supporters for their efforts season after season."

The 2014 Seafood Extravaganza dinner will feature shrimp, crabs, crawfish, and lobster. As always soft drinks, water, beer and wine will be provided free of charge. Attendees will also have the opportunity to bid on a numerous amount of items during our silent and live auctions throughout the evening.
