2013 Season (Senior): Received a redshirt.

2012 Season (Junior at Iowa): Appeared in seven games with three starts... had two walks and scored one run... walked and scored a run in Iowa's 26-5 rout of Iowa State (2/18) in Tempe... started both games of a doubleheader at No. 10 Missouri (3/21) and in the Big Ten opener against Wisconsin (3/24). 

2011 Season (Sophomore): Started 37 of 42 games played… finished with a .186 batting average… had 19 hits with three doubles and 14 RBIs… recorded a .216 slugging percentage… drew four walks… best game came against Corpus-Christi (3/19), going 3-for-3 with four RBIs.

2010 Season (Freshman): Started all 32 games played… Hit .179 for the Colonels… Had five hits with two doubles and a home run in 28 plate appearances… Recorded 10 total bases for a .357 slugging percentage… Finished with four RBIs… Was walked five times… Had six sacrifice hits… Tallied a .989 fielding percentage.

At Millard West: Was a three-time letterman for the Wildcats... served as the school's starting catcher for three seasons, garnering all-district honors as a senior... named academic all-state three consecutive seasons... guided her team to a fourth place finish as a senior... batted .333 for her career... was an Honor Roll student… was a youth leader at Divine Shepherd Lutheran Church.

Personal: Kathryn Elizabeth Holmes was born on April 10, 1991 in Omaha, Neb... daughter of Kris and Jerry Holmes... Has three older brothers named JT, Joe and Ben... majoring in accounting… career ambition is to coach or become a CPA.
