2015 Season (Freshman): Started all 41 games played at centerfield... was named Third Team All-Southland as a true freshman... led the Colonels in hitting for the year with a .362 average... had 50 hits with five doubles, a triple and 11 RBIs... was third on the team with 30 runs... had a .432 on-base percentage... drew 14 walks... had two sacrifices... was 9-of-11 in stolen bases... hit .380 in conference play.

At Live Oak: Was a four-year starter in softball for the Eagles... helped lead her squad to three District 4-5A titles and two appearances in the semi-finals at state... was a three-time first-team all-district honoree and a two-time second-team all-parish recipient... as a junior, garnered honorable mention all-state and first-team all-metro as an outfielder after leading her team in batting average... as a senior, was a unanimous first-team all-state selection as an infielder... also earned District 4-5A MVP, first-team all-metro and the leadership award.... in the classroom, maintained a 4.0 GPA over her last three years which included three college courses... member of the National Honors Society... was FCA leader, member of the beta club and eagle ambassadors.

Personal: Payton Blaire Gremillion was born on March 20, 1996 in Baton Rouge... daughter of Mike and Joann Gremillion... has an older sibling, Spenser... majoring in nursing... career ambition is to become a nurse practitioner.
