2018-19 Season (Sophomore): Participated in five events, including three in team play... averaged 78.3 strokes in 12 rounds... best showing was tying for 19th in the LaTour Collegiate Challenge... tied for 28th in the Sam Hall Intercollegiate, carding a 4-over 217... shot a low round 71 to close out Sam Hall.

2017-18 Season (Freshman): Played in one tournament in his freshman season... competed as an individual in the Atchafalaya Intercollegiate, finishing with a 237... shot a 76 in the opening round and tied for 38th for the event.

Prior to Nicholls: Took third place in the USSSA National Championship and third in the Louisiana Golf Association (LGA) Junior Amateur Championship in 2016... was a LGA Junior River Cup member... won the Kelly Gibson BC Cup in 2017 in a playoff... was runner up in 2016, also in a playoff... was Kelly Gibson Player of the Year for ages 16-17... received Treetop Merit Scholarship (2015) and Gerald Causin Scholarship (2016) from Kelly Gibson Foundation... member of Future Business Leaders of America (FEBLA).

Personal: Born Oct. 14, 1998... son of Charles and Amy Barrios... has a younger brother, Luke... majoring in business.
