At North Lamar: Was a four-year starter for the Pantherettes, coached by Ashley Endsley... was a two-sport athlete, also playing basketball... helped lead her team deep into playoffs all four years, including reaching the regional finals in her junior season...was a three-time All-Red River Valley and all-district selection, and two-time team MVP...  in her shortened senior year, hit .558 with 17 RBIs and 34 runs scored... batted .459 with 29 extra-base hits, 54 runs scored, and 41 RBIs as a junior, earning Texas Sports Writers Association All-State honorable mention... garnered MVP of the Texas Girls Coach Association All-Star game... was also 15-4A District Co-MVP... was North Lamar's offensive and defensive player of the year as a sophomore... earned newcomer of the year as a freshman... member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes... served as a volunteer coach, giving hitting/fielding lessons to kids around the community... played travel ball for Texas Glory RWB.
