As a junior (2010): Pitched in 15 games with 10 starts for the Colonels… Compiled a 6-5 record and a 3.82 ERA… Threw five complete games with one shutout… Stuck out 19 batters in 55 innings… Played in 11 games including six starts as a designated hitter… Had three hits in 15 at-bats… Scored one run… Was walked three times.

At Blinn CC: Pitched the junior college to a 56-11 record in 2009... Named a Louisville Slugger, NFCA, and NJCAA All-American as a sophomore... Was also named All-Region First Team.

At Brenham: A dual-sport athlete, lettering in both volleyball and softball for the Cubs... Led the team to a Texas 4A State Championship in 2005... Posted a total of 77 career wins in the circle... Made it to the state finals in 2007... Voted All-State and selected MVP in 2007.
