The Colonel Athletic Association is the principal fundraising organization of the Nicholls State University Athletics Department. The CAA has provided a way for alumni, family, friends, and fans to help Nicholls student-athletes receive an education, while also pursuing their dreams on and off the field of competition. While the primary focus is to provide opportunities and support to Nicholls Athletics’ most important assets, its people, the CAA is also focused on raising funds for facility enhancements and operational expenses.
Gifts to the CAA will be used in a variety of ways including:
- Scholarships, including Summer School
- Salary Supplements
- Facility Enhancements
- Operational Expenses
- Creating a First-Class Experience for Nicholls Student-Athletes
The Colonel Athletic Association offers (10) membership levels with various corresponding benefits to the donor. Any person interested in joining the CAA can do so with cash, check, or credit card. Memberships can be paid in full or by installment. All contributions to the CAA are recognized on a July 1
st to June 30
th fiscal year.
