Posted his first top-ten finish with a tenth place time of 24:03.96 at the 4 mile Southern Miss Invitational on Oct. 16 ... Turned in a career-best 8K time of 28:48 at the 2009 Southland Conference Cross Country Championships.
2008 (Sophomore): Competed in all six Nicholls' meets as a sophomore ... Recorded his best finish with an 11th place time of 32:16.67 at the 8K Southern Miss Invitational ... Turned in a career-best 8K time of 31:04 at the Southland Conference Cross Country Championships.
2007 (Freshman): Ran in three of six meets as a freshman... Finished strong at the Mississippi College Invitational by placing 23rd (29:37.95)... Placed 73rd at the SLC Championships with a time of 29:37.

Berwick High School: Was a four year letter-winner in track and field and in cross country for the Panthers... Named to the all-district squad his senior year... Helped the Panthers claim the district championship in the two-mile event his senior year.
