Head Coach Angel Santiago's comments on Barber -
It has been a very positive opportunity to have Coach Barber here on staff. He has put forth much of his time, effort and dedication to help the Nicholls players develop their talents. Those unselfish traits will not go unnoticed by players and administration here at Nicholls State University. One of the philosophies with the Nicholls Softball Program is to help new and aspiring coaches improve their careers and allow them the opportunity to gain the necessary tools to move on into their own programs. Coach Barber will always take his knowledge of the game and his leadership skills to guide any ballplayer in the correct direction.
