Darrly Daigle joined the Nicholls athletic department in July, 2015 as Assistant Athletic Director for Budget and Finance. He oversees all financial and budgetary matters for the athletic department.
Daigle came to Nicholls after serving as the Chief Business Officer at South Central Louisiana Technical College for four years. His duties at South Central Louisiana included directing and coordinating financial operations, overseeing the preparation of all financial reports and monitoring the budget. He was also named Interim Vice Chancellor of Finance at LE Fletcher Technical Community College.
Daigle received a bachelor's degree in accounting from Nicholls in 1999. Following graduation, he worked as an accountant in the private sector for 13 years before venturing into higher education. Daigle started his accounting career at Aggressor Fleet LTD in 2000 and after a brief stint at WayneWorks Marine in 2007; he spent six years at Seacraft Shipyard/Comar Marine.
