Final Stats Grambling, La. - Fresh off the heels of winning the 2011 Colonel Classic, the Nicholls State women's volleyball team won its seventh straight match defeating the Grambling State Tigers 3-0 (25-9, 25-15, 25-16) Monday night.

A scheduling conflict with the Tigers (0-11) postponed last week's match to Monday night, with the Colonels (8-3) sweeping it's second straight match, and three of the last five.

Sara Terry domintated the match with 10 kills and five digs to lead the Colonels to the victory.

The Colonels will return to action Wednesday night as they travel to face Alcorn State with the match slated to begin at 7 p.m.
