The series finale against the UTSA Roadrunners on Sunday was cancelled due to unplayable field conditions
Nicholls Baseball at UTSA Cancelled
THIBODAUX, La. – Due to heavy overnight rains in the San Antonio area, the series finale between the Nicholls baseball team and the UTSA Roadrunners set for Sunday afternoon has been cancelled.
UTSA worked on the field and moved the game back to a 4 p.m. start, but the extra time was not enough to get the field in safe, playing shape. The game will not be rescheduled.
The Colonels will remain on the road, traveling to face the Jackson State Tigers on Wednesday night in Mississippi.
