THIBODAUX, La. – Members of the Nicholls football program recently attended an assembly at Napoleonville Primary, which was put on to reward the students who had achieved good marks in school.
A total of 14 Colonel football players and three members of the coaching staff participated in the event. The players spoke to the students about the importance of being leaders, making good choices and working hard in school. The Colonels also provided examples by sharing their own personal experiences with the students.
In addition, the Colonel players and coaches interacted with the students of Napoleonville Primary by playing games and signing autographs.
