2018 Nicholls Soccer Season Preview

The Fighting Hawks, making the transition to the Summit League from the Big Sky, were chosen to finish fifth in the preseason poll. UND returns the 2017 Big Sky Goalkeeper of the Year and All-Big Sky First Teamer Catherine Klein, along with All-Big Sky First Team forward Katie Moller and All-Big Sky Honorable Mention defender Emma Contino.
This is the first-ever meeting between the Colonels and Fighting Hawks.

The Lady Tigers boast a backline with two Preseason All-SWAC selections, Brittney Terry and Haleigh Adams, that helped limit opponents to a league-best 1.00 goals against per contest last season. Joining Terry and Adams is SWAC Preseason Offensive Player of the Year Kaylee Holt, who tallied 22 points on nine goals and four assists in 2017.

Nicholls all-time record against Grambling: 4-3
Last meeting: W, 1-0 at Grambling (Sept. 1, 2017)

The Colonels have won the last four matches versus Grambling dating back to 2010.
