Johnson, Jefferson and Peppers rank third, fourth and seventh, respectively, in the SLC in minutes per game. Johnson has played 40 minutes three times and at least 25 minutes in every game this season.
A&M-Corpus Christi (8-10, 3-2) split their first five conference contests, using a strong second-half surge to roll past UNO 76-61 Saturday. Kareem South has scored in double figures in seven of the last nine games, including three performances with at least 20 points.
Nicholls is 5-9 all-time against the Islanders, searching for its first road win in Corpus Christi since 2011.
