THIBODAUX, La. – The Nicholls State University women's basketball team is set to round out its first stretch of road games with a matchup against Texas Christian University on Thursday, Nov. 14.
The Colonels will face TCU at 6:30 p.m. in Fort Worth, Texas, at the Ed & Rae Schollmaier Arena. This marks the third meeting between the teams and the first since 1997, in which the Horned Frogs saw an 81-49 victory.

Tykeria Williams led the Colonels offensively with 12 points on five field goals, a three-pointer and a free throw. Senior
Chrystal Ezechukwu posted an additional 11 points and five rebounds.
TCU is coming off of a 59-49 victory over Cornell University on Nov. 10. Redshirt Senior Jaycee Bradley totaled 15 points on five FGs and five three-pointers to lead the Horned Frogs in scoring. Senior Kianna Ray followed with five FGs and three three-pointers. She also led the team in rebounds with nine.
Following Thursday's matchup, the Colonels will host their first home game of the season on Nov. 18 against Paul Quinn College.
