COVINGTON, La. -- The Nicholls State University beach volleyball team (1-7, 0-2 SLC) dropped the team's final two matchups of the New Orleans Beach Volleyball Invitational on Saturday morning, faltering in back-to-back sweeps to conference members Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (5-3, 3-0 SLC) and host New Orleans (7-2, 1-1 SLC) at the Digs Volleyball Complex in Covington, La.
