THIBODAUX, La. – The Nicholls State University hosts Houston Christian University in the Cancer Awareness Game at Thibodaux Regional Sports Complex on Sunday, Oct. 15.
 
Last week, the Colonels cross state lines and were blanked by UIW (3-0) and Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (2-0).
 
Nicholls is seeking their first league win since 2018 and is 1-12 all time against HCU.
 
The Huskies (4-8, 2-4 SLC) enter the matchup against the Colonels after battling the Lady Lions of Southeastern on Friday, Oct. 13 in Hammond.

After hosting HCU, the Red & Gray go on their final road trip of the season to face Texas A&M-Commerce on Friday, Oct. 20 and then compete against Southeastern for the Crystal Cup in Hammond on Sunday, Oct. 22.
