THIBODAUX, La. – The Nicholls State University women's soccer team is hosting SLC foes Lamar on Friday, Sept.29 and Texas A&M-Commerce on Sunday, Oct. 1 at Thibodaux Regional Sports Complex.
NICHOLLS NET (1-10, 0-2 SLC)
The Red & Gray are seeking their first goal in league play and last time out, they fell 3-0 to McNeese.
Despite not scoring, Nicholls out shot their opponent for the second time this season. Multiple Colonels got in on the shot onslaught.

LAMAR NET (7-2-1, 2-0 SLC)
The Cardinals come into the weekend after an impressive two week stretch that saw them pick up victories over Sun Belt foe Louisiana (2-0), No. 17 Xavier, and two SLC victories.
Since their loss to South Alabama, Lamar has posted a 15-1 goal differential. Goalkeeper Nicole Panis has started 10 matches and registered 33 saves.
TEXAS A&M – COMMERCE (4-5-1, 2-0 SLC)
The Lions are looking to stay unblemished in conference play after being Texas A&M – Corpus (3-2) Christi and Northwestern State (2-1).
The Lion's attack is led by Hannah Bell who has a team-high five goals. Sophia Dean and McKenzie Gillian split time in goal with each starting five times. Dean has allowed 14 goals while Gillian has allowed 11, and both have 23 saves apiece.

After hosting two Texas foes, the Red & Gray will travel to San Antonio, Texas to battle UIW on Friday Oct. 6 then continue to Corpus Christi to take on the Islanders of Texas A&M – Corpus Christi on Sunday, Oct. 8.
