Colonel Soccer Concludes Regular Season Action at McNeese

THIBODAUX, La – The Nicholls State University soccer team will wrap up regular season competition against McNeese on Friday, Nov. 1. The action from Lake Charles will be livestreamed via ESPN+ beginning at 7 pm.
 
Both teams enter the contest looking for their first win in SLC action with the Colonels sitting at 0-9 while the Cowgirls are 0-8-1. Additionally, the squads share a few out of conference opponents as they defeated Jackson State and fell to ULM in Monroe.
 
The Red & Gray have scored eight goals this season with senior forward Koryn Barrett leading the way with five. While Mylea Riggle, Peyton Bastine, and Berkley Payne have one goal apiece.
 
Six players have started all 15 matches for the Red & Gray including senior goalkeeper Megan Cook who has posted three shutouts and registered 66 saves in 1350 minutes of action.
