THIBODAUX, La. – The Nicholls State University beach volleyball team will travel to Lake Charles to compete in the Cowgirl Beach Bash hosted by McNeese on Feb. 28 and March 1.
 
On day one the Colonels will begin Southland Conference action against New Orleans (1 PM) and McNeese (5 PM) while on day two the Red & Gray will take on the University of Mary Hardin Baylor (9 AM) and Sam Houston (3 PM).
 
During the opening weekend at the Huntingdon Beach Bash, Tierney Terrell and Addison Prine picked up a pair of victories over Berry and Huntingdon while Quincy Cummard and Claire Reed earned a win over Truett McConnell.
