THIBODAUX, La. – The Nicholls State University women's soccer team will host ULM on Thursday, August 20. Kickoff from Thibodaux Regional Sports Complex is scheduled for 6 p.m.
 
Nicholls (0-1) enter the week after falling to Grambling in the season opener on Sunday afternoon.  ULM (1-1) split its first two games of the season. First the Warhawks shut out Southeastern (4-0) in the season opener before being clipped by Central Arkansas (1-3) on Sunday afternoon.

In Sunday's match at Grambling, Avery Mondoux took a pair of shots while Sara Sigurdson and Samantha Doyle each took one. Goalkeeper Aislinn Wright was one of two Colonels to play the full 90 minutes. She finished the match with five saves on 18 (8) shots by the Tigers.
