THIBODAUX, La. – The Nicholls State University beach volleyball team will play four conference games at the 2026 Southland Conference Mid-Season Round up in Youngsville on March 21-22.
 
Nicholls (6-8, 0-2 SLC) will begin action at the Youngsville Sports Complex on Saturday against Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (1 p.m.) and Houston Christian (5 p.m.). The Colonels will face Southeastern (1 p.m.) and New Orleans (5 p.m.) on Sunday.
 
Last weekend the Colonels won three individual flights at the Green Wave Invitational hosted by Tulane. Ariana Matallana and Brooklynn Wilkinson picked up victories over Texas A&M-Kingsville and Tulane while Addison Prine and Tierney Terrell picked up a win over Southeastern.
