2011-12 Season (Senior): Started in 11 of 30 games played… was sixth on the team in scoring (5.1/153)… scored a season-high 16 points twice... scored in double figures in six games… shot .398 percent from the field (45-113)… was seventh in the Southland in free throw percentage (.805/62-77)… was tied for fourth on the team with 4.1 rebounds (124)… finished with 10 assists, 11 blocks and nine steals… had a double-double against Weber St. (Nov. 25) with 16 points and 10 rebounds... made first career 3-pointer in opener at Alabama.
2010-11 Season (Junior): Played in 25 games with one start… was sixth on the team in scoring with 5.4 points per game… led the team in field goal percentage with a .480 clip (47-98)… shot 70 percent from the charity stripe (35-50)… scored a career-high 20 points against Texas A&M-CC (Feb. 2) on 10-of-12 from the field (.833)… scored in double figures four times… notched her fourth career double-double with 16 points/10 rebounds at McNeese State (Feb. 26)… recorded four assists… finished third on the team in rebounding with 3.5 per game… grabbed 53 offensive and 32 defensive boards… blocked four shots and tallied 18 steals.
2009-10 Season (Sophomore): Started 12 of the 28 games played… was third on the team in scoring with a 7.6 points per game average… led the team in field goal percentage with a .391 mark, connecting on 61-of-156 shots… was perfect on two occasion shooting from the floor with her best coming against Southeastern La. (Feb. 13) with a 5-for-5 showing… finished third on the team in free-throw percentage at 65.7 percent… was a perfect 10-for-10 at the charity stripe against UT-Arlington (Mar. 3)… crossed the 10-point plateau seven times… had a season-best 16 points against UT-Arlington (Mar.3)… was third on the team in rebounding with 4.7 per game… had double-figures in rebounding twice with a career-high 12 coming at the University of New Orleans (Nov. 18)… led the team on the offensive glass with 69 rebounds… had a total of 28 steals… had a personal best three steals three times… recorded two double-doubles on the season - 16 points/11 rebounds against UT-Arlington (Mar. 3) and 11 points/12 rebounds in the season opener at the University of New Orleans (Nov. 18)… played over 30 minutes in 13 games.
2008-09 Season (Freshman): Started 13 of the 27 games that she played in…finished with a 7.3 points per game mark, tallying 198 on the season… finished third on the team in rebounding with a 4.5 boards per game mark, notching a total of 121 on the season… had 25 steals to go along with 12 assists… recorded three blocked shots… shot 36.6 percent (59-of-161) from the floor, while going 22.2 percent (2-of-9) from behind the arc… was a 66.1 percent (78-of-118) free-throw shooter… made the most trips to the charity strip on the team… led the team in scoring six times, while also scoring in double-digits in seven games… twice had double-figure rebounding games… notched a then-career best 17 points four times with the last coming against McNeese State (Feb. 28)… also had a career high in assists against McNeese State with two… established a personal best in rebounds with 11 at Louisiana Tech (Nov. 26)… recorded her first and only double-double of the season with 15 points and 10 rebounds at Centenary (Dec. 10)…had three steals twice in the season, with the last coming against Jackson State (Dec. 19)… blocked one shot in three games with the last coming against Stephen F. Austin (Jan. 17).
At Westside: Named the MVP of her team for the 2006-07 and 2007-08 seasons... selected to the Houston Area All-Star Team her senior season... voted all-district second team her senior season... was fourth in the state in rebounds in 2007-08 and fifth in 2006-07.
Personal: Jasmine Keyante Hoskins was born on Aug. 20, 1990 in Fort Riley, Kansas... daughter of Cassandra and James Hoskins... has three siblings named James and Jermaine Hoskins, and Breauja Blake... majoring in nursing.
