2019 Season (Senior): Played in all 14 games and had eight starts at receiver... also served as the team's primary punt returner... totaled 10 receptions for 111 yards... had a season-high three catches for 35 yards at Texas State... grabbed a season-long 22-yard reception in the playoff victory against North Dakota... finished with eight punt returns for 48 yards... had a 20-yard return in the win against Northwestern State... added two tackles.

2018 Season (Senior): Suffered an injury in the preseason... received a medical redshirt.

2017 Season (Junior): Appeared in all 12 games, starting three at slot receiver... was third on the team in receiving yards, totaling 267 on 15 receptions... averaged 17.8 yards per catch... had two touchdown receptions... had a career-high 106 yards on three receptions at UIW, highlighted by a 68-yard touchdown catch... recorded his first career TD on a 62-yard reception  against Prairie View A&M... finished with four receptions for 83 yards against the Panthers... caught a 12-yard pass to convert a fourth down at Texas A&M, and had a highlight catch on a 2-point conversion try to tie the game in the fourth quarter... contributed on special teams with eight kick returns for 126 yards (15.8)... had a 24-yard return against HBU... also had two punt returns for five yards against the Huskies... totaled 427 all-purpose yards... finished with four tackles, with two coming against Prairie View.

2016 Season (Redshirt Sophomore): Played at wide receiver and on special teams... finished with seven receptions for 106 yards, averaging 15.1 per catch... hauled in a 40-yard reception in win over Lamar... had two catches in two different games... recorded seven tackles (six solo).

2015 Season (Redshirt Freshman): Appeared in 10 games, playing primarily on special teams… finished with nine tackles (seven solo) on the year… had a season-best three tackles in the finale at Southeastern Louisiana… recovered a fumble at Stephen F. Austin.

2014 Season (Freshman): A member of the practice squad... received a redshirt.
  
At Cypress Woods: Was a four-sport athlete for the Wildcats, playing football, baseball, golf and ran track… was a three-year starter in football… earned first-team all-district, team MVP and team captain as a senior… garnered second-team all-district in 2012… received academic all-state… honor roll student and member of National Honor Society... was also in choir, a member of PALs, Key Club and participated in youth mission trips.
 
Personal: Born June 30, 1995 in Huntington Beach, Calif.... son of Rob and Linda Roberts... has two sisters, Susan and Lilie... his father played college football at West Texas A&M from 1980-84... graduated with a bachelor's degree in government with a minor in sociology.
