Nicholls State University

2022 Season (Junior): Started at linebacker and safety in his first season with the Colonels... finished fourth on the team in tackles, totaling 60 (28 solo) with 4.5 for loss... had 1.5 sacks... racked up a season-high 14 tackles in win over Texas A&M-Commerce which included 3.5 tackles for loss, one sack and a forced fumble... posted an eight-tackle effort at Lamar... had an interception in road win at HCU.

At East Mississippi: Selected to 2021 All-MACCC/North Division Second Team… second-leading tackler on Coach Buddy Stephens' 9-1 (MACCC North Division champions) and seventh-ranked East Mississippi Community College Lions team with 54 total tackles in '21… had six tackles for loss (2 QB sacks), four pass breakups, one interception (48-yard return at Southwest Mississippi) and a fumble recovery (vs. Holmes)… sacks came during back-to-back games vs. Holmes and Northwest Mississippi…  major force among EMCC's vaunted defensive unit that led NJCAA Division I teams in scoring defense (12.8 ppg) and ranked fourth nationally in total defense (230.5 yds/gm) as well as having limited seven of 10 opponents to single-digit scoring totals.

At West Point High: Member of three straight (2016-17-18) MHSAA Class 5A state championship teams... was a 5A All-State Second Team selection as a junior and senior... team posted a 43-2 record in his career... finished with 173 career tackles.

Personal: Birthday is Feb. 2... parents are Jackie and Hosea Lairy... has four siblings -- Chris, Taylor, Dollie and Lauren... majoring in interdisciplinary studies.
