PEPPERDINE 2020-21: Competed in five matches and 10 sets for the Waves as a true freshman, coming in off the bench primarily to serve … Tabbed 15 serve receptions with two errors… had one dig... played in four matches in the fall of 2021, totaling five sets... had two digs, both coming in win at San Francisco.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Nevada State High School in Henderson, Nev. in 2020 … While taking classes at NSHS, played volleyball and performed as an outside hitter at Coronado High School for her freshman through junior campaigns and at Durango High School in her senior season… lettered three seasons as an outside hitter under Head Coach Amy Schlauder in the 4A Southern Nevada Desert Conference … throughout her career, amassed 463 kills, 644 digs, 76 aces, 18 blocks, 813 service receptions and played in 254 sets … in her senior campaign, earned All-League first team honors, All-Southern Nevada second team and All-State second team… in the classroom, worked hard to earn All-Academic first team and was a Scholar-Athlete… as a junior, earned Defensive MVP… was a Scholar-Athlete and earned a spot on the All-Academic first team… in 2018, helped her team to a Sunrise Conference title and Green Valley Preseason Tournament Champions status … In her final season, led her squad to a Desert Conference title and a state runner-up finish … In the classroom, earned a Platinum Workkeys Score, was on the President’s list in both her junior and senior years after earning straight-A’s throughout and earned the highest honor of the Regent’s Diploma.
CLUB: Played for Vegas United Volleyball Club from 2017-20, playing on 18’s most recently … With the 18’s squad, helped the team to a 2nd place finish at the Las Vegas Classic in 2020 and with her 17’s squad, helped the team to a 1st place finish at the Far Western Reno Tournament.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Rocky and Terri Steele … has one sibling, Aspen, who played at Little Rock before transferring to Nicholls … fer father, Rocky played baseball at Colorado State University and her great grandfather still holds the pole vaulting record in the state of Kansas with a bamboo pole.
