2021 Season (Senior): Started five of his seven games played... had three hits including a double for a .200 batting average... scored two runs and drove in one... drew a walk and had three hit-by-pitches... had an RBI double in the opener against Eastern Illinois... also recorded hits against Youngstown State and LSU.
2020 Season (Senior): Managed 10 appearances and four starts across the shortened 18-game season ... composed a solid .353 batting average off six hits with one RBI and one run scored.
2019 Season (Junior): Acted as one of the Colonels primary options at right field, picking up 46 starts on 55 total appearances ... finished with a .225 batting average behind 40 hits ... racked up 30 RBIs while scoring 25 runs himself ... jacked a trio of home runs along with seven doubles and one triple.
2017-18 Seasons (Angelina CC): Had 31 hits for a .256 average in 2018 ... tallied three doubles, six home runs and 23 RBIs ... scored 29 runs.
High School/Prep: Attended Plano West High School in Dallas, Texas ... played in the outfield for the Wolves ... as a senior, named 6-6AÂ All-District second team at right fielder.
Personal: Born Alec Edward Paz on January 29, in Dallas, Texas ... son of Jessica Rocha and Andre Wilson … has three siblings, Elesea, Amanda, and Jaeden … interdisciplinary studies major ... hopes to coach baseball in the future.
