Biography

2022 Season (Senior): Made seven appearances before missing the rest of the season with an injury... went 1-0 with four saves while posting a 3.18 ERA... had nine strikeouts in 11.1 innings... allowed seven hits for a .194 opponent batting average... surrendered six runs with four earned... notched saves against La. Tech, Memphis, ULM and Southeastern... struck out three batters in two different appearances.

2021 Season (Junior): Appeared in 20 games on the mound including one start... posted an 0-1 record with a 4.00 ERA in 18.0 innings... allowed 14 runs with eight earned... struck out 20 batters versus nine walks... had four strikeouts in two different outings... picked up a save at Abilene Christian (3/20). 

2020 Season (Junior): Managed seven total appearances in his first season with the Colonels, tossing 6.2 innings pitched ... made his debut on opening day against Southern Illinois - Edwardsville (2/14) ... notched a 1-1 record, picking up the lone win in a walk-off victory over Valparaiso (3/3) ... wrapped up the year with a 10.80 ERA while surrendering nine runs (eight earned) on nine hits with six strikeouts.

2019 Season (Chattahoochee Valley CC): Saw action in 21 contests, making 26 at-bats and eight appearances on the mound ... served primarily out of the bullpen, finishing with 6.2 innings pitched ... racked up two saves while surrendering just eight hits and three runs ... stuck out seven along the way.

2018 Season (Auburn): Served as the team’s top pinch-running option and saw action in 17 games while scoring eight runs … made his collegiate debut in a reserve role vs. Longwood (Feb. 17) … scored his first run vs. Bryant (Feb. 24) … recorded his first collegiate hit with a pinch-hit single vs. BYU (Mar. 3) … scored the walk-off run in a pair of postseason games – SEC Tournament opener vs. Kentucky (May 22) and Auburn’s first super regional win in program history vs. Florida (June 10).

High School/Prep: Played for Josh Rider at Boyd Buchanan High School in Chattanooga, Tenn. … started 121 of the 122 games he played … career .447 hitter … collected 45 career doubles and 15 career triples … stole 118-of-123 bases … scored 159 runs in 122 games and drove in 87 … set the school record for single-season hits in back-to-back seasons with 51 and 52 during his freshman and sophomore campaigns … rated the No. 1 shortstop and No. 15 player in Tennessee by Perfect Game … four-time All-District honoree and Team Defensive MVP … three-time All-Region performer and two-time All-State player … 2016 Underclass 3rd team All-American … member of the National Honor Society … named Tennessee Valley and North Georgia Chevy Dealers Scholar-Athlete … also a three-year basketball letterman ... two-time All-District and All-Region basketball player.
