At Catholic High School: Hit a solo homerun and the go ahead run to win the 2013 5A State Championship… 1st Team All-District Pitcher… 1st Team All-District punter and 2nd Team All-District wide receiver on the football team… Received the WBRZ Fan’s Choice Award… Member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
 
Personal: Full name is Connor Michael Whalen, born June 5 in Beaumont, Texas... Is the son of Stephen Whalen, an attorney, and Carla Whalen, a registered nurse... Has two siblings, Gregory and Jane… Majoring in nursing and hopes to become a nuse anesthetist.
