At DeSota County: Lettered four years in football and weightlifting, while earning two letters in track for the Bulldogs... was named all-district three times for football... earned second-team all-state as a junior... helped led his team to two district titles, including its first undefeated season in program history... was rated as a three-star recruit by ESPN... claimed third place at state weightlifting meet.... participated in yearbook... also a member of the FFA.
