Nicholls State University

2012 (Senior): Pitched in 16 games, making 12 starts with four relief appearances… Was 1-7 on the season with a 4.62 ERA allowing 51 runs, 38 earned, in 74 innings pitched… Was second on the team in walks allowed with 18… Had a season-high five strikeouts against Alcorn State... Notched his first win of the year in the finale against UTA, giving up two runs, none earned, on nine hits with four strikeouts in 6.2 innings… In seven innings of work in the finale against Southeastern gave up four runs, two earned, on eight hits with two walks and one strikeout on 111 pitches, a season high in the loss… Pitched 4.1 innings in his first start against Southern Miss Feb. 19, scattering six hits, giving up no earned runs while striking out four on only 79 pitches. 

2011 Junior:  Made 17 appearances and 14 starts in his first season at Nicholls ... Went 4-6 with a 4.83 ERA (44 ER/82.0 IP) ... Earned the win in his Nicholls debut, throwing 1.2 IP of scoreless relief, limiting Grambling to one hit and one walk in Nicholls' opening day win over the Tigers on Feb. 18 at the Louisiana Tech Tournament ... Made his first career start and did not factor into the decision on Feb. 22 at UL-Lafayette, allowing just three runs on five hits and three walks while striking out one ... Won his second consecutive decision on March 1 against South Alabama, allowing just two unearned runs on six hits while striking out a career high six batters ... Recorded his first Southland Conference victory on April 3 against Texas-Arlington, worked a career-record 8.1 IP, allowing just one earned run on seven hits and three walks while tying a career high with six strikeouts ... Started the season by going 3-2 with a 3.02 ERA (16 ER/47.2 IP) over his first 10 appearances (seven starts).

Prior to Nicholls -

2008-10 (Delgado Community College):  Earned two letters in baseball at Delgado.

Rummel High School:  An all-district selection as a senior in 2008.

Personal:  The youngest of Mike and Pam Wisecarver's three children ... Has two older sisters: Tara (23) and Melissa (26).
