2020 Spring Season (Redshirt Freshman): Appeared in six games as a redshirt freshman... saw time on special teams and as a backup in the secondary... finished with five tackles, all being solo... had a fumble recovery on a kickoff return against UIW. 

2019 Season (Freshman): Member of the practice squad... received a redshirt.

At Covenant Christian: Saw time at running back, defensive back and kick returner for the Lions... earned LSWA 1A All-State honorable mention as an athlete... also played basketball and ran track while at CCA... was a state qualifier in the long jump.

Personal: Born Sept. 24, 2000... parents are Furnell Ruffin and Christian Clay... majoring in petroleum services - safety technology.
