Biography

As a junior (2009) – Played in all 11 games for the Colonels, starting nine of them… Finished with 98 yards rushing on 38 carries and 96 yards receiving on six receptions… Had one touchdown on the season with it coming on the receiving end against Texas State… The scoring reception went for 27 yards… Established a career long run against Texas State with a 21-yard carry, and also had a career best 44-yard reception against Jacksonville State… Best performance of the season came against Texas State with 56 all-purpose yards and a score.

At Gulf Coast CC -
Was a part of two Mississippi state championship teams, including a national championship team in 2007... Tallied over 800 yards rushing with the Bulldogs, with 600-plus and two scores coming his sophomore season... Also racked up 228 yards receiving and four touchdowns to go along with a 95-yard kickoff return for a score.

At Columbia -
Was a three-year starter for the Wildcats, twice being named All-District and All-State... Accumulated over 4,000 yards rushing during his high school career, coupled with 40-plus touchdowns... Also was a two-time power lifting state champion, claiming titles in 2004 and 2005.
