2024 Season (Freshman): Made two appearances as a true freshman... received a redshirt.

At Oxford: Prepped at Oxford for Coach Sam Adams... four-year varsity starter while in high school... caught 78 passes for 1,006 yards and 13 touchdowns during his senior year... was four-time All-Region First Team and All-County First Team... led AHSAA North South All-Star game in catches and yards in December of 2023... top 50 receiving leader in Alabama... also played basketball.

Personal: Birthday is Feb. 15... son of Shamar Sr. and Camilla Hampton... has two brothers -- Nick and Shamar Sr.
