At Catholic: Led the Bears to the 2017 Allstate Sugar Bowl LHSAA Division I state championship as a junior... threw a 65-yard touchdown pass in title game against John Curtis and was named MVP... finished his junior season with over 1,600 yards passing and 12 TDs, completing 63 percent of his passes... team went 12-2 in ‘18 and were state runners-up... completed 69 percent of his passes for 1,487 yards and 16 touchdowns in his senior campaign, while adding 415 yards rushing and five TDs... named District 5-5A Offensive MVP... was a two-tim WAFB Player of the Week and WBRZ Fans Choice Award winner... named All-State Academic... was also all-metro and all-district in basaball as a junior.
