Jake Olsen

Jake Olsen is his first season with the Nicholls football program, serving as the outside linebackers coach. 

Olsen comes to Nicholls after coaching the defensive line for one season at his alma mater, Valley City State in North Dakota. Along with coaching the defensive line, he assisted with recruiting, academic supervising, film breakdown, and strength and conditioning.

A four-year letterwinner at VCSU, Olsen served as team captain in his senior year for the Vikings.

Olsen received a bachelor's in math education at Valley City State.
