2021 Season (Redshirt Sophomore): Did not play in any games.

2021 Spring Season (Redshirt Sophomore): Made appearances in two games... saw time on the offensive line at guard.

2019 Season (Redshirt Freshman): Started all 14 games on the offensive line in his first full season... played at guard before making the switch to center... helped anchor the Southland's top rushing offense at nearly 200 yards a game... line allowed the third fewest sacks in the SLC.

2018 Season (Freshman): Appeared in one game on the offensive line as a true freshman, seeing action in win over UIW... received a redshirt.

At De La Salle: Named LSWA and LFCA Class 3A First Team All-State as a senior and was an honorable mention selection in his junior season… was a 2017 First Team All-District and All-Metro honoree… paved the way for Colonel teammate Julien Gums, who rushed for 1,000 yards in back-to-back seasons… helped the Cavaliers reach the Division II title game, an 11-1 record and two straight district championships… offense averaged over 41 points a game in 2017… in his junior season, Cavaliers went undefeated in the regular season and earned the top seed in the Division II state tournament… earned a state title in wrestling in 2017.

Personal: Born Dec. 8, 1998... son of Jamal James and Tatiana Wheeler... has a twin brother, Jamiran, who transferred to Nicholls after playing at Tulane... has a sister, Darriyah Seneet... majoring in interdisciplinary studies.
