Biography

2017 Season (Junior): Played in all 12 games, starting against HBU... totaled 16 tackles (8 solo) with 0.5 for loss... broke up two passes... recorded his first career interception and returned it 67 yards for a touchdown in opening win against McNeese... blocked a punt in the end zone that was recovered for a touchdown against Abilene Christian.

2016 Season (Redshirt Sophomore): Appeared in each game, starting twice... recorded 17 tackles (eight solo), including 1.0 for loss... best game was at UCA with five tackles and one for loss... broke up two passes in win vs. UIW.

2015 Season (Redshirt Freshman): Played in nine games at cornerback, earning his first career start at Stephen F. Austin… had 17 tackles (10 solo) with one going for loss… recorded a career-high seven tackles at SFA… forced a fumble at Colorado.
 
2014 Season (Freshman): Received a redshirt.
 
At St. Amant: Was a four-year letterman in football for the Golden Gators… in 2013, had 25 total tackles, two interceptions, five pass break-ups and eight punt returns for 104 yards… named first-team All-District Defensive Back as a senior and junior… played in the 2013 East-West All-Star game in Shreveport… for Track and Field – competed in the long jump and played on basketball team freshman through junior year... member of the Black History Club and Theatre Club.
