2021 Season (Junior): Saw action in nine games on the defensive line... totaled 14 tackles (8 solo)... matched his high of three tackles in the win over North Alabama and added a half sack... finished with 3.0 total sacks... had a solo sack in each matchup against Southeastern... recorded a half sack at HBU... forced a fumble in the home win against the Huskies.

2021 Spring Season (Junior): Made appearances in two games in his first season with the Colonels... recorded four tackles (2 solo) and 2.0 sacks... totaled 1.5 sacks and three tackles in the River Bell Classic... had a half sack in the win over Lamar.

At Tulane: Played in a total of 15 games in 2018 and '19 for the Green Wave…  totaled 10 tackles, 5.5 TFLs, 2.5 sacks, a forced fumble and one pass breakup… both of his sacks came in a victory over Memphis in '18.

At St. Augustine: Named Louisiana Class 3A All-State honorable mention by the Louisiana Sports Writers Association and Louisiana Football Coaches Association… recorded 3.5 sacks in one game in his senior year and finished with 10… totaled 43 tackles, 10 sacks, one forced fumble and two recoveries in his junior campaign… rated as a two-star prospect by 247Sports.com and Rivals.com.

Personal: Born Sept. 6, 2000... son of Daniel Monjarres and Carolina Bailey... has a brother, Daniel Jr.... majoring in finance.
