2012 Season (Senior): Named Southland Conference honorable mention... received Southland Conference All-Academic for the second straight year... was a National Football Foundation Scholar-Athlete Awards honoree... played in 9 games... was third on the team with 53 tackles (27 solo)... had 5.5 for loss, including two sacks... picked off a pass for 21 yards against Lamar... forced and recovered a fumble against McNeese... had a career-high 9 tackles twice.     

2011 Season (Redshirt Junior):  Named Southland Conference All-Academic… played in all 11 games and made four starts… made the switch from safety to linebacker for the final two games… recorded 33 tackles (19 solo) with two for loss… broke up three passes… had his first career interception against Stephen F. Austin… recovered a fumble in the opener against Evangel… best game came in his first career start at linebacker against Lamar where he recorded a season-high seven tackles (two for loss) and broke up a pass.

2010 Season (Junior): Played in two games before suffering a season-ending injury… received a medical redshirt… recorded a tackle at Western Michigan.

2009 Season (Sophomore): Played in all 11 games on special teams and as a back-up safety and linebacker… finished the season with three total tackles with one being solo… recorded tackles against Air Force Academy, Louisiana Tech and Stephen F. Austin… best performance came against Louisiana Tech with a solo stop.

2008 Season (Freshman): Played in every game for the Colonels, primarily on special teams.

At H.L. Bourgeois: Voted All-District and All-Region in his junior and senior campaigns for the Braves… recorded 59 solo tackles, 20 assisted, and six for a loss his senior season… also had six pass break ups, two interceptions, a safety and a sack in 2007.

Personal: Born on April 19, 1990 in Houma, La… son of Holly and Kevin Guidry… father graduated from Nicholls in 1983 with a B.S. from the College of Business Administration... his sister, Kristen, was a 2010 graduate of Nicholls with a B.S. in human resources management... majoring in sports medicine.
