2010 Season (Sophomore): Played in three games… had three tackles (two solo).

As a sophomore (2009) – Participated as a squadman while still recovering from an injury.

As a redshirt freshman (2008) – Suffered a season ending injury in the second game against Northern Iowa… Received a medical hardship waiver.

As a true freshman (2007) – Received a redshirt… Did participate in baseball for Nicholls.

At Zachary High School - An all-district selection from 2004-06 and all-state in 2006… Voted MVP of district 6-4A for leading the Broncos to district runner-up honors in 2006 and to the state playoffs… Was a key contributor for the 2005 district championship squad that made it to the quarterfinals in the state playoffs.

Personal – Kevin Persick was born on August 19, 1988… Son of Janet and George Persick of Zachary, La… Has one older sister named Angie… Grandfather played football at Texas State… Majoring in Business Administration.
